PHA’s frustration with existing CRM and fundraising tools led them to seek a custom solution. After testing multiple off-the-shelf options without success, they realized that a bespoke system was the only way to meet their long-term needs.
Over six months, we designed and developed a web-based CRM to replace their outdated, offline system. This new platform streamlines their internal processes while also providing a seamless way for supporters to donate directly through the system, with each contribution automatically linked to the appropriate contact record.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue working with PHA as we expand the system’s capabilities. They have a roadmap of features planned, and I’m looking forward to implementing new functionalities that will further enhance their fundraising and engagement efforts.
